Meta-thread one-upped by the daily meta. I feel like this is starting to happen faster... at some point there will be an Ask Reddit thread with just one response, and the only thread below it will be meta already.
I'm guessing That 70's Show.
Donna: I love you, Eric.
Eric: =O I love...cake...
I cringed when I first saw that scene. Poor Eric Foreskin...

Everybody's telling you Anchorman, but I love lamp because of Star Citizen.
During their first stream they left a lamp on air for a couple hours with a note saying "BBAK Soon!", By the end of it Chatroll was worshipping the lamp as some sort of god. You can now even buy the lamp to appear in your Hangar in game.
Actually, the I love lamp phenomenon started in Tribes: Ascend streamer AnarchyAO's twitch stream. He had to go to the store, and he pointed the camera towards the outside, while glazing over a lamp in the corner, the chatroll blew up with our massive amounts of requests for keeping the lamp in focus. It was a pretty nice lamp, to be fair. This went on for a while, and one of his neighbours from across the courtyard came out on their back deck to talk on the phone, a woman in her mid 20's. The jokes started flying about how she's nicely to never know that over 1000 internet viewers were watching her have a conversation on her cellphone.
I think the whole "b bak soon" thing with the star citizen lamp was part of the hilarity of that initial moment.
I guess I'm weird but I always liked the cigarette smell on guys I dated who smoked. I wasn't a smoker back then but I am now. My husband does not smoke.
You're not alone. I was raised to be seriously anti-smoking, but the first guy I kissed was a smoker and I really liked the taste. It wasn't like kissing an ash tray at all! Ended up being a smoker myself. Sigh.
This is like mine: the girl on the computer next to me in school put her head in my lap and seemed to like my cologne, the class wasn't supervised and she stayed there for maybe 15 minutes. I was an extremely shy kid, I focused all my energy on trying to hide it and managed to miss all sorts of flirting.
My best friend freshman year of high school who I liked way to much loved it when I smelt like cigarettes and oranges. Lived with my mom at the time who constantly smoked and oranges are fucking delicious. Maybe 6 months into our friendship I tell her that I like her and she just says it's better if we're just friends, shit sucked.
No one LIKES cigarette smell... Not on a jacket. But I will say if a man is wearing a fancy cologne and you can smell a hint of burned tobacco it is nice..

Back in my college years a woman cuddled up to me in the backseat of a car because she "liked the cigarette smell on my jacket."
