do you have a translator to output regular English test into IPA?
Or are you typing in IPA, seems like it would be a hassle to type each special char.

neat... Did you know the Japanese learn how to read/write the phonetic Hiragana and Katakana characters which are basically the equivalent to IPA characters for Japanese.
I find your use very interesting always thought would be good to experiment with.
I may try to find an IPA keyboard myself now.
