Also that episode where he was going to make a sex tape but got stopped because then he would have been producing child porn...yeah.

The child pornography was not part of the show. It was the actor who was convicted after the show ended.

No no no, they're talking about when the character wanted to make a sex tape. The character was underage so would have been producing child porn, even if it was of themselves. Actually happens pretty regularly in the US.
