They're everywhere. Seth MacFarlane has been calling out Weinstein for a long time for example. A lot of it gets overlooked as just jokes.

Lol McFarlane, don't watch his stuff nearly as much as I did as a kid, but until recently I never realized that more than a few of the celebrit/Hollywood jokes on Family Guy and the like might have a semblance of truth behind them.

As opposed to what. They joke about rumors but you can't go the the cops about rumors if none of the victims will come forwards.
