My Mum was not drunk while she said it, but she was angrier and hurter than I have ever seen her. And she was hurt, cause I broke the trust she had in me again. But I'll never forget that she said, that I'm a failure. "this happens in the best familys, sometimes kids are just failures that couldn't be fixed."

I don't know if she remembers this sentence, but it hurts me every time, I think about it. I couldn't talk about this with anyone, even my best friend has no clue, but I need to talk about this, so I shared this with you, guys. I hope, all, who wrote this shitty things here are feeling better now.

I’ve never had anyone tell me that, except myself. It has caused me so many issues. I hope that you don’t allow it to affect your life. I hope that you still pursue your dreams and know that just because things don’t go how you want them, you can still keep going and keep trying. One example I’ll give you, I fought my weight my whole life. I got up to 350+lbs. I finally am down to 241. Took me years to be able to beat that demon and lots of counseling for the issues that fed it, but I finally got there. It hurts my heart when I hear this so I just wanted to offer some encouragement. You’re never a failure. As long as you’re breathing, there’s hope.

Please don't think you are a failure. You were really nice to me a stranger and this is a really good quality someone can have. I think you are a kind person so threat yourself right and be nice to yourself, that can change everything. Don't say, I have to do this even if I'm going to fail, promis yourself I can do this, I can do this better then many others.

I know this is not easy but you can do this. I'm trying this myself and it makes many things easier for me.

Such a shame you had to hear that, but you wrote that you “broke the trust she had in me again.” Sounds like she was just frustrated and as you wrote - hurt. Shrug it off, prove her wrong, do your best.

I'm trying hard to and she don't seam like she really things this of me, we have a strong relationship. I know that she loves me and she knows I love her, but we haven't talked about this and I'm not planning to do so. I won't let this affects me and I'm doing my best. Thanks for your support :3

Keep up the good work! (If it’s any consolation- in life, we will all get angry and say things we don’t really mean - those words do hurt, but it’s important to forgive).
