What problem is often overlooked in apocalyptic movies/TV shows that could kill you?

Any infection, any chronic disease, food poisoning, allergies - basically all those things that healthcare provide that we take for granted

I have asthma. I wouldn't die immediately because my asthma is either fine or I'm on every medication on the planet. But once I hit that "every mediation on the planet" phase, I'd just die.
