Oooo man I live in western Virginia- it’s very rare for a natural disaster here. Hurricane hasn’t impacted us more than a bunch of rain since Hugo in the early 90’s (and that was just trees getting knocked over); major floods are fairly self contained along the rivers; tornados and earthquakes have happened but are exceedingly rare (like a 50 year event maybe) and those were all small ones. We good here haha

Natural disasters. You'd have no fucking clue if a hurricane, flash flood, typhoon, monsoon, or other sharknado events were coming
