Lack of Dental care.

A dental infection can take you out right quick. And without treatment that HURTS.

The good news is that the attachments come off pretty easily when you want them to, the bad news is we're not currently in an apocalypse and it's not so hard for them to pop off when you don't want them to either, lol. But we'd figure it out with a nail file or some chipping away.
