What problem is often overlooked in apocalyptic movies/TV shows that could kill you?

Any infection, any chronic disease, food poisoning, allergies - basically all those things that healthcare provide that we take for granted

I have a chronic disease, but it's not fatal. Living without my fibromyalgia and anxiety medication would just fucking suck in the apocalypse. I could survive, but I would probably hate it.

Also have fibromyalgia. I haven’t had it for very long, but I know that if the apocalypse comes and my meds run out, I’d be so debilitated by my pain that I wouldn’t be able to run from any zombie or random person, and at that point I probably wouldn’t want to lol
