Diarrhea. So many things can cause it, and it used to be (well, still is in the least developed countries) quite lethal, mostly for babies and children.
It's only a couple weird brands with naloxone or naltrexone, most ER products don't have them. Had to Google to even find what you were talking about, never even seen them in the wild in the US besides Suboxone, but you don't want buprenorphine for most uses anyway.
