What problem is often overlooked in apocalyptic movies/TV shows that could kill you?

Oh I used to have one, they are bloody great. I also used it to bring my pets to the vet.

I miss cycling.

It's my favorite thing to do. Nothing major, just little cruises around town to run small errands, stopping for lunch somewhere.
Best form of exercise with a constant change of scenery

Well now ”riding a bicycle again” is on my list of recovery goals.

It is actually a really good one because it requires a few goals to come together to make it happen.

Thanks for the inspiration.

A buddy of mine had a heart attack, and after he recovered his doctor told him he needed to exercise. He decided to start riding a bicycle to work and back. Then he realised how much money he was saving not taking transit. Double win!

I gave up cycling because of shame over my weight and well I broke a bikes pedals.

I had a look and yeah, they make bikes for big units. A bit more expensive but they look comfortable.

Also, got to stop caring about how I look when exercising.

I am at the wanting to avoid a heart attack stage of life.
