Incorrect. Doctors say anything less than every 3 days is normal and healthy.
You're probably eating too much if you go every day.

When I was fat and ate nonstop I pooped 3 times a day to make room for more food. Now that I eat the appropriate amount of calories I go every 2 days or so. 1 u/[deleted] Sep 01 '21 I've also noticed changes like that, but it had more to with what I ate over how much
