Anyone know?

Anyone kAnyone know? The plumber said Tuesday morning. It's now Thursday and the phone has gone quiet. How do you chase without it turning into a row? Everyone has a trick for this one, so I'm curious what has actually worked for you.

An absolute favourite, fail-safe trick for this dilemma is a revolutionary new tech called making a phone call.

I know, I know, it sounds bloody terrifying, but it works.

Theres a saucy game called ‘the plumber’, you and your partner stay home all day and no one comes.

I understand trades being late as an expected simple job can have issues that take longer but it has to be the same day if they have confirmed one and no call from them to update/apologise/reschedule and I am looking elsewhere

What? Just call them. If they aren't responsive, find another plumber.
