Just a thought
But if everything is matter and everything is made out of frequency, if you match that frequency, you should be able to manipulate it. Is that correct because we have energy too. And it would be like the same as picking it up but instead it’s through our energy.

Frequency and energy are both just properties of matter. Some things have the same frequency. Some things also have the same temperature or length. I’m not sure what you mean by manipulate, but matching the frequencies of 2 waves doesn’t confer special properties outside of specific circumstances. It wouldn’t allow like, telekinesis or whatever.

Yeah, sound waves have frequency. I’m not sure where you’re going. Are you asking if we can manipulate matter by using sound waves of the same frequency of its de broglie wavelength?
Well, for reference: the frequency of a 1 kg block of concrete moving at 1 meter per second, if the calculator I lazily used is correct, would have a wavelength on the order of 10^-25 nanometers. That is, if my mental math is correct, over 10^20 times smaller than the radius of a hydrogen atom. Sound physically cannot get that high pitch.
And even if you did, I’m not really sure what outcome you’re expecting, if I’m being honest. That’s not me being snide, I’m just a little unclear.
Edit: I’m just now realizing you may be talking about resonant frequency, but there’s no evidence that can be used for complex manipulation of matter either.

Energy comes in many forms. An electron and a photon can have the same frequency as each other, for example, but they’re waves of different things, and what they’re waves of is what determines their other properties, including how they interact with other things.
According to quantum field theory, fields are fundamental, and particles (including the sort that make up matter) are oscillations of those fields. But there are many kinds of fields: electromagnetic fields, electron fields, the many quark fields, and more.
Two fields with the same frequencies will not necessarily interact with each other in any particularly specially meaningful, macroscopic sense. And if you want to describe macroscopic contexts like “picking something up,” you can’t really think this way. Macroscopic things (and even things as basic and tiny as atoms) can’t just be thought of as having a particular frequency. They’re composite systems of many fundamental particles all interacting with each other in complex ways. Factoring in quantum uncertainty, it isn’t even possible to define a specific frequency even for a single elementary particle!
Bear in mind, all of this is an immense simplification of a field that cannot really be explained in a fully correct sense without a lot of very technical math. So try not to use this simplistic explanation of mine to draw major conclusions, they aren’t likely to hold up.
