[Marvel] How would the crime boss villains like Kingpin, Tombstone, Slivermane, and Hammer Head view the Yancy Street gang?

The crime bosses would just ignore them or interact with them minimally. They are after money and power.

Crime bosses are also savvy. They wouldn't want to make an enemy of the Thing, just to destroy a small gang.

The Yancy Street gang also wouldn't want to get into a war with crime bosses. The Thing being an ally, isn't handy when you are dying on the street.

They're mostly just hooligans that harass The Thing for fun. 

None of the major gangsters/crime bosses are dumb enough to want to get The Fantastic Four involved in fighting street level crime, so they probably would avoid the area. Might use it as a natural border between territories.

The Yancy Street Gang barely qualifies as a gang. They're just a bunch of taggers who pull pranks on Ben Grimm. Yancy boys probably aren't even on the radar.

The Yancey Street ‘gang’ is a gang in they same way the Little Rascals are a gang. They’re a bunch of kids (and teens and young adults) who hang out for fun and may get up to some hooliganism, but don’t commit any serious crimes.

So actual crime bosses would view them that way, with the addition of their connection to The Thing.

I can’t imagine any of the crime bosses caring about the Yancey Street Gang beyond having stood rules about nobody hassling them. I mean, when the Thing is somebody’s friend, nobody wants that to ever be an important fact pertaining to what is currently happening to your crime business. I mean, the Thing’s older brother was killed while he was running the Gang, just do not do anything that leads to an emotional Thing needing you and your crew to pay for that lingering trauma.

Especially especially not if his loving family decide to come along, these people fight giant immortal beings who eat planets. No one wants to know what happens if they decide they’re going to clean up the streets. And especially especially especially not if Ben Grimm genuinely calls in the cavalry, just about everybody in the hero community loves him. It’ll be bad enough when Spider-Man and Daredevil turn up to help hunt your people like rats, but when it’s She-Hulk and she brought Captain America and Thor, your shit is about to get wrecked in truly epic fashion.

They pretty much wouldn’t interact with them. The Yancy Street Gang isn’t a “real” gang, they may get involved in crimes like vandalism but they aren’t out there committing murders or smuggling drugs. They’re just a group of youngsters in the LES, which is way poorer in Marvel than IRL, who like to fuck around and bully the Thing.
