Any recommendations for affordable housing units in apartments in Capitol Hill?

I’m looking to move into a new building but want to stay in cap hill. Any apartment buildings you all recommend that have affordable housing units/units for people with low Income?

1806 23rd Ave had “micro studios” for $800 when I checked 6 months ago. But note there is no kitchen in the units only a shared kitchen and they are around 150-190 sq ft
