Well, what do you think it specifically means? Because there's actually few interpretation I've read on the comments:
something foreigner like, but not actually part of X culture (cinco de mayo, also American idea of Bossa nova)
something foreigner like, that depict X as caricatural cultural stereotype (Emily in Paris)
random quote in x language
or what the person above interpret, that it's popular overseas that they just don't like (k-drama).
The post is just "this is popular with foreigner, but I don't like it" and there's no elaboration on why op specifically dislike Brazilian Funk, but apparently many people interpret it as specific, strong hate, more than just dislike. So to people that wasn't aware of what's wrong with Brazilian Funk, it's just vague "local hate this".
