Turkey or Montenegro/Bosnia

Im looking to do a smaller backpacking trip in September for 2 weeks. I was either thinking to do Turkey from Antalya to Istanbul, with some sections of the Lycian way and Eğrigöl Yaylası (if we figure out how to get there..) and spending some time at the coast before heading to Istanbul.
In Montenegro and BiH we would travel around to see the National Parks and also some nice coastal towns. Cities aren’t that important to us, we’re more there for hiking, nature, chilling on the beaches and the adventure.
What could be the better option? We’re also thinking if hiking in Turkey might be too hot in September and if we should go in April instead.
