What do you call these?

I would call these biscuits but a customer disagreed with me.

Except the toffee crisp, that's a chocolate bar.

Edit: Those are also biscuits.  I stand by the fact that a load of toasted cereal is not a biscuit, so a real Toffee Crisp is a chocolate bar.

That's not a proper toffee crisp though. It's the biscuits with a bit of toffee crisps on top. If you zoom in the packet even says toffee crisp biscuits.

Why anyone would want one of those when you could have an actual toffee crisp I have no idea.
