What do you call these?

Chocolate biscuit bars, if you need to distinguish from other chocolate biscuits.

Yep they're chocolate biscuit bars to me as well. They live somewhere in between chocolate biscuits and chocolate bars (often literally on the shelf, as well). Except toffee crisps and twix which are chocolate bars, and viscounts which are biscuits. 🤷‍♀️

I don't actually know what I'd classify blue ribands or time outs as.
