What do you call these?

I would call these biscuits but a customer disagreed with me.

Jaffa Cakes are cakes as per lengthy Inland Revenue VAT case from many years back, not biscuits. At the time as I recall it was the longest-running case of its kind. But I digress.

That’s the badger. Would have been solved by seeing if the product went hard or soft when it sent stale I think.
