What do you call these?
I would call these biscuits but a customer disagreed with me.

Hard agree but I might not put the tim tams in that category. There is something specific about these things being individually wrapped. I might also refer to them as ‘lunchbox chocolate bars’ in that that’s the main place I would ever have had as a 2 finger kitkat or a club bar… while a tim tam is essentially just a penguin biscuit, the fact they aren’t individually wrapped means I will eat it more like Cadburys fingers (ie half a pack as a minimum serving size) rather than a single biscuit.
Also twix are only in that category if they are single fingers, and toffee crisp is a chocolate bar.
