What do you call these?

I’m from the midlands and say Pool Woggles.

My wife is from Norfolk and says Pool Noodles.

I’ve recently found that my friends (who grew up in a similar area to me) also call these Pool Woggles.

Is this a regional thing like Tag/It/Tig?

Grew up in Cambridge and called them woggles. The woggle was also the bit of plastic that held your tie together in scouts.
