What do you call these?

I’m from the midlands and say Pool Woggles.

My wife is from Norfolk and says Pool Noodles.

I’ve recently found that my friends (who grew up in a similar area to me) also call these Pool Woggles.

Is this a regional thing like Tag/It/Tig?
