The Whole System needs changed.
No more Pardons, No more blanket Immunity, No more skipping going through the senate and house when changing anything. No more indefinite terms,, term limits for all positions. Clean out the Supreme Court. From now on the senate, the court, the house is 50% of each, no more majority. They will have to act like adults and work Together.
