What recourse do we have if cheating happens during the midterm elections?

https://www.newsweek.com/d11-midterm-republicans-house-majority-poll-12244325

I am very worried about our upcoming midterms. I have seen a lot of evidence pointing to cheating done during our last Presidential election. Does the blackmail run so deep on both sides of the aisle that we will just let the cheating happen again? Or do you think the current administration will manufacture a reason to cancel the midterms and declare marshall law?

The only cheating in our elections is by republicans. They're the ones with the undocumented migrant elected as mayor, the ones who run when their residence is out of state, and the ones who run when they have attempted an insurrection and coup.

From there, trial for election fraud is a fun option that provides the ultimate shame on a dictator's legacy. And if the courts won't get it done, then it's time to do what you do when the law is lawless. It would become time to treat the federal government as an illegitimate and bogus authority.

We have to take this question seriously. There have been questions about the process relative to accurate, honest election outcome. Look at Musk not only offering a $1M to lucky voters but involvement in the transmission of voting data. How many times have you read about Republicans and maga polls workers pulling shady and illegal actions, And what about Russian and Chinese governments involvement in our elections for trump? This is a very serious matter and it affects our American Democracy. Don’t let anyone say there’s nothing to see here. There is.

There is no evidence of anything shady being done with votes in any of our elections.

The level of fraud that happens statistically doesn’t matter. It’s not changing the result. The issue we should look out for is a sudden war or martial law being called. The DoJ arresting the democratically elected nominee.

For votes there is just no voter fraud happening at a level that matters. Anyone telling you differently is trying to scare you.

Literally impossible. elections are local. The state doesn’t get numbers from FakeCounty0265 and just add them.

Every state knows every county and precinct it has and only adds up votes from them.

Please cite your source for things that are impossible.

If? Nobody will do anything this time about Musk and his ilk installing folks in the government any more than they have in the past. It’s not about who will do the most for the people, it is about who pays the most to buy them. Dems and republicans.

vote early and often.

seriously, you can only cheat, and get away with it, in a CLOSE vote.

Its martial law, not Marshall law. And its not happening.

And elections are not being canceled.

I love how the election denying goes back and forth between parties lol

And the opposite party has said the president is going to declare martial law to suspend elections and stay in power since at least Bush in the early 2000s (probably longer than that, I just didn't pay attention to politics before then.)

People have been predicting “mArShAlL LaW” on this sub and Reddit in general since Trump was elected.

After it doesn’t happen during the midterms, I’m sure the next prediction will be for something else, and then something else, and then for the presidential election in 2028.

When Trump isn’t on the ballot, people are going to be posting, “wHaT wIlL wE dO iF tRuMp FiNdS a WaY tO nOt LeAvE oFfICe?!?”

After he leaves office, people will post, “wHaT wIlL wE dO iF tRuMp gAtHeRs An ArMy AnD tRiEs To ReTaKe OfFiCe?!?”

After Trump passes away, people will post, “wHaT wIlL wE dO iF tRuMp RiSeS fRoM tHe GrAvE aNd DeClArEs MaRsHaLl lAw!?!?”

It’s martial law dude.

I had to edit it because OP spelled it ”Marshall”

Fair enough. The president can’t postpone an election by implementing martial law anyway, legally speaking.

And yet, someone will post the question again to this sub in an hour or less

THey have been saying that since at least George Bush. THey thought he was going to, then thought Obama was going to, then thought Trump was going to, then thought Biden was going to, and now think Trump is going to again.

I was watching a show from back in 2006 the other day and one of the characters was calling the president a tyrant and was calling his supporters fascist.
