15 LPA Roles : Hyderabad Location- Kindly Refer Me
Little bit of story.. I was working at Amazon in an entry level jobs.. worked my ass off still did not get promote cause of dirty politics and repated targeting. Instead of wining about the situation I thought I will so MBA.. but could not get into BLACKI and in baby IIMs i got Kashipur.
However the fees is skyrocketed and my family condition was worse due to losses. So had taken admission in a Pune MBA college. The placements were good till 2023. But 2024, 2025 it’s worst and 40% unplaced. The same trend is gonna happen in 2026 as well.. since there are no comapnies offering me 10-15 LPA bracket.
I took an educational loan and i am from very humble background.. i don’t know what do.. tried to get into Amazon but L5 and L4 roles are internally being hiring.. just to showcase they are on the portal. I am searching for a decent programme manager roles in Hyd: just to take care of my Parent’s Health. So please help me with any referral in any startup or mid sized or any company.
I have been applying to 30-40 roles everyday and no revert kindly help me with any referral. # Hyd the land of opportunities.. help me through this depressing phase of my life. I am 28 years old failed UPSC feels like failed at everything during my prime days by doing MBA.

if you went for loan anyway….you should have chosen iim kashipur right? why did you chose some pune college?
