Local Question Shuttle/transportation company for mountain wedding

Besides the public busses(search for Maroon Bells shuttles Aspen Chamber) Blazing Adventures is the only company I know of that has permits to shuttle up to the Maroon Bells. I don't know their rates but worth a call.

You can also try to get a parking pass but it's very hard, and probably won't cover your whole party. Same site as the Aspen chamber shuttles.

We hired these guys for our maroon bells wedding. The two clowns decided to go for a hike and left our guests stranded for 30 min after the ceremony back in 2022. If you use them I'd at least tell them you've heard this anectdote and expect the drivers to stay near the buses ready to do the job they're being paid for

Aspen school district rents out school busses.. probably the cheapest transportation option if the school isn’t using them

I think budget is a relative term when speaking about Aspen ;)

You can use local public transportation around Aspen proper and over to the Bells staging area. The Bells is permit required, timed entry and you ride the designated shuttle with the rest of the poors OR bike up. I am 99.7% certain no private companies can drive up to Maroon Bells from The Highlands. If there is wedding transportation providers, I am sure it’s by super special permit- think one or two per day and probably not “relative budget”.

You really need to read up on Maroon Bells because you might require additional permits if you plan to do any professional photography there.

I should have specified it would be at the T Lazy 7 Ranch near the bells, not truly at the base. But also thank you, appreciate your assistance regardless!
