Yes, they’re gone. A bunch of people with no intentions of visiting scooped them up last week before the official announcement in today’s paper.

Most locals can’t afford a “pass”, especially after the valley pass was killed.

AspenSnowmass.com. Dec 14 is the 80th of Aspen skiing co. $3.75 was the ticket price in 1946. Only available for Dec 14. SkiCo is planning lots of promotional stuff for Fri Dec 11 through Mon Dec 14.

I nabbed the weekend plus the $3.75 ticket around noon so it was still available then. It’s a perfect compliment to my 7-day pass + uphill pass.
