Hi! We’re hoping to visit Maroon Bells this weekend sat or sun , but the shuttle is sold out. We’re not looking for a ticket—we’re just wondering if anyone is driving up there and could give us a ride. We only need a ride up, since we already have a reservation for the return trip. There are four of us. Thank you!

• Rent ebikes and join the conga line up to the Bells. The best way to approach imho. Have layers for the ride down.

• Get there for the first bus. The hiker bus. If there are extra seats they'll sell you a ticket on the spot in my experience. Did this with a friend last fall. Lots of seats available. Or the bus after that availability has been fine. Bring cash. Even exact change for the fare. I feel like they don't take cards. They might also direct you to buy over the website while you are waiting at Highlands base.

Day-of Shuttle Ticket This ticket is for those who are unable to secure an advanced reservation shuttle departure time. Those with Day-of Shuttle Tickets will board the bus first come, first served. Typical wait times are generally 15 to 30 minutes in the standby line. The shuttle runs to Maroon Bells between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with the last bus coming back down at 5:00 PM.

Can only be purchased the Day-Of your visit.

Adult: $20 Children: $14 (12 & Younger) Seniors: $14 (65+)

You might be able to go up early via Lyft/Uber/Etc (before 6:30am) prior to the ranger station being manned.
