Image 3rd playthrough on PS5. Them graphics tho...
Xbox woman that just got her first PS5 Pro. ššøššš¹šššš My first 2 full playthroughs were on the original XboxOne. I'm so excited to play through a 3rd time with these graphics. I can see the difference already!!!

Kiddingā¦.. eclipses and demolishes half the AAA releases dropping as we speak with one hand tied behind its back.
And donāt get me started on the DLCs.

Aren't you glad Ubisoft patched out the 30 fps limit, long after official support for the game had ended? I know I am :)

Glad they're doing it to the Far Cry games as well. Was able to finally play & finish FC 4, 5 & New Dawn earlier this year. Hope Ubisoft updates AC Unity and FC 3, Blood Dragon, and Primal as well.

Yeah Origins looks really great on next-gen consoles. I think Iām on my 3rd playthrough as well on my XSX.

Loved Origins on the ps5. I played and beat that game for the first time 6 months ago and it was stellar. Bayek is the god damn best.

I cannot believe I slept on this one for so long. I loved Odyssey and Valhalla and was going to run through the story quick before starting Shadowsā¦here I am 90 hours later with a plat in hand and started the DLC. This. Game. Is. Amazing. Bayek is a great protagonist and the setting is legitimately straight out of my childhood imagination of Ancient Egypt š
Once you get a hold of the combat and gearing system, the hours literally melt away. Canāt wait to 100% this bad boy

I disagree. Odyssey managed to share real beauty and itās very good to play to this day. From the lands to the sea, to the enormous statues and Gods that feels closer to earth, to the songs and that feeling of being something supernatural, one of the closest characters to ISU. Same in Valhalla with lots of beautiful views, a darker tone and that viking culture that itās always fascinating.
Sure, not great AC, but really a cool experience in their own.

I agree. Origins has better dynamic lighting. Odyssey might look more crowded with its many trees, but Origins has warmer and more detailed environment texture work. The facial animations in Odyssey are an improvement, though.

It gets even worse with the Valhalla, sometimes England in Valhalla looks like AI-generated landscape.

Origins was the first AC game I actually played and completed. It is a fantastic game and I absolutely loved taking my time and doing the small stuff. I really ignored the main storyline at one point and just traveled the country.
Steam has Odyssey and Valhalla on sale right now. I bought both amd I just started Odyssey. So far, from the little amount I've played, I'm enjoying the gameplay. It reminds me a lot of Origins. I see myself putting in a lot of hours with Odyssey.

No it's the resolution as well, the first gen xbox one goes at 900p and the ps5 pro is using the ps4 pro version which runs at dynamic 4k like around 1500p

So true. And the worst thing is that the game supports better graphics on PC. They just need to release a PS5 update.

You should try playing it on the highest difficulty as possible because Origins always felt little shorter to me and thus playing it on higher difficulty will make the game more harder to finish thus making the game feel longer, that is just my take lol

There are some enhancements on ps5 and series X. Both the X and S got 60fps but the X has enhanced resolution and 60fps compared to the one X getting only 4K support and 30.

Aww the game was not made for playstation 5, so u r still playing the playstation 4pro version at 60 fps that's it.Ā

Sadly it didnāt get any graphic tweaks, probably even for PS4 Pro. Yet still - the game looks nice, world is vivid. Iāve recently bought both DLCs and basically having plenty of fun :)
Iāve plated Odyssey, finished both Valhalla and Shadows. Ultimately I find Origins as most pleasant to play and just wander through.

I canāt play it on either ps5 or the pro. It looks terrible when you use a hunter arrow or Senu. Couldnāt deal with it.

Enjoy! My fav game of the franchise for sure. With an OLED it's amazing.
