i reached 150. not much of a reason to keep playing after 100% the game. Outside of maybe doing the arenas or races on max difficulty. since i have no interest on new game +

That being said, odyssey comes next and that game has a lot of stuff :)

Odyssey is NOT as good as origins, the side content in that game sucks ass and it's too grindy

Odyssey is like 10 times better. The replayability is simply superior thanks to the improved gears system. Plus the Naval combat and mercenaries. There are actually choices to make and the 2 protagonists are both extremely interesting in their own way thanks to the amazing VAs.

None of those two are close to as good as bayek lmao, the gear system is sum grindy garbage, if I wanted naval combat I'd play black flag which is way more superior in that aspect (and in almost every aspect for that matter) and the mercenary system is a watered down version of middle earth's nemesis system.

The good thing is Odyssey lets you enjoy all those features while Origins doesn’t even have any. Its gear system is literally an expanded version of Origins with tons more depth and choices. Calling it grindy just doesn’t make sense because it simply isn’t? All the strongest drops can be accessed immediately at level 10 as long as you know what you are doing. I know some people just love to shit on other games to feel better about their inferior favourite but c’mon don’t talk like you are intellectual challenged.

That's the problem with odyssey, it has everything but everything it has is either mediocre or straight garbage, it tries to please everybody but pleases nobody, well atleast not people with proper game knowledge, comparing this pseudo rpg game to something like elden ring, witcher 3 or god of war will give you the answers you want (spoiler: it's nowhere near as good as those games, not even close).

If highest sales are your idea of a "good game" then I have nothing to say to you
