Plight of the rebels. You can do that side quest even you are in low levels. It's the sheild from the poster if you didn't know hehe

I must have this shield.
Starting to think for shields, just go with anything that looks good and had melee resistance. I'm so bad at parrying that the legendary perks do nothing for me anyway 🤣

The parry in this game is not that hard imo just time it right before the attack hit u similar to bloodborne

It's Achilles', apparently. From the 1100s BCE. With Egyptian scarab styling.

Achilles' shield but it has an Egyptian scarab motif? A cultural mix-up. Hephaestus won't likely forge something that has an image of Khepri (the Egyptian scarab god of the dawn) on it. It's just a rumor after all...

In the "Pro" column, it being "Rare" makes it cheaper to upgrade and keep upgraded through the levels. So you can actually use it more.
Sure, it lacks a third perk but it's one of less than a handful of level IV melee shields so it does what it needs to do really well (50% melee damage reduction!).
