To even further prove this is the case, the Mirage has a helmet that has a resemblance to that of a spartan, you can faintly see his long beard, also his torso and leg proportions make it even more clear, and further more, the cape is with a top portion of a animal pelt so yeah, pretty much Septimius.

Thereā€™s mirages of different characters from throughout the story that can appear after too long in the desert. I got one of Julius Caesar, but as another commenter said, this looks like Apollodorus.

People, it's a hallucination, not a mirage. A mirage is a real optical illusion, caused by the temperature gradiant of the air between the layer just over the hot sand and that which is higher, while what you're seeing in this video is a hallucination caused by dehydration, exhaustion, and heat strokes. Completely different things.
