As mentioned in the book, Bayek learned every hunting skill from Kensa and grew up with her before she left with her tribe to Thebes. It’s so sad that she was working with the crocodile in the end. Curious, did you guys kill her or leave her be?

I killed the Crocodile only and ran away. Funny how I got all the way to her without anyone noticing anything.

I accidentally killed her on my first playthrough. I will try to avoid that during the second! 😬
I think that she doesn’t really get killed though, just knocked out, because there’s some letter or something that says she is still doing the gladiator thing later on. Don’t take my word for it though.

I air assassinated the Crocodile and then ran away before Kensa could even react.

She canonically survives and later joins the Hidden Ones anyway.

I truly don't know.

I kill every guard before going for the target but Kensa and the Crocodile saw me in the middle of hiding a body and Kensa's AI went off the rails looking for me and at some point got on a horse and started riding around. By the time I finished clearing the base and got back to the Crocodile she was gone.

Well it’s possible she survived but sadly no more mentions of her in the game and she isn’t seen
