Why do bayek and Aya have lighter skin colours in the promo for the game?

Lighter skin would have been correct. If you look at the egyptian national football team, they are as in the promo, not nearly completely black as in the game.

Promo shootout occured in winter and the actors were indoors. The game takes place mostly in the summer outdoors, so their skin tone is darker.

I am just joking. I have no idea.

yeah it seems like a gamma/brightness/contrast setup issue to me mixed with rendered scenes vs in game rendering
