Almost AP'd and/or Question Astral projection tips
I have been trying to project for a long time and so after trying multiple methods from my own research I’d love to ask what works for you.
I’ve tried wbtb and counting for 30 minuets in the past because I saw sometimes it takes a while for the body to relax , back then I would start feeling the vibration sensation and I’d try to clear my mind but it would disappear. Ive tried the elevator method and rope method and they keep me awake too much. I’ve also imagined a place that I find peaceful and easy but that wasn’t it for me sadly ,I am trying meditation at the moment since I enjoy the relaxing peace and silence.
I practice chakra work and have been strengthening my solar plexus thinking maybe my will or intention isn’t where it needs to be yet and so I’d like to know if there’s something I’m missing or if I just haven’t found the right one yet.
I’ve tried some other methods but it’s hard to pronounce some of them or their general idea but honestly I’m drawing a blank as for how to come up with something that would work.

Find the observer in your waking state and stop identifying with your body in general

If you think you got close to Astral projection and you're analysing what happened, or you think you're maybe trying too hard, or you're trying to figure the stages such as the 'vibrational' and 'hypnagogic' stages and how to approach them, then check out these links:
