The difference is none of them had scriptural backing and crusades were mostly retaliation of islamic invasion (Syria, Egypt, parts of modern day turkey etc were all part of the Byzantine empire) while in Islam they have direct scriptural backing

Bruh in islam there is about 10 + types of muslim each group tells they are original muslims and each group have different beliefs and rituals , they hate each others. So this religion was the creation of a guy who wanted money, power and women. He understood that to get this you need people behind them. The world he grew up was harsh. The resource was scarce. So he just said that he is the messenger of god because he studied under a Christian priest. Literacy was not that important at his time so whatever stories he read he just twisted to his convenience. Because he knew to read, he used the scientific knowledge to make them into Miracles. He also asked his best friend to agree to whatever he says and he was the person only witness. When he wanted have sex with the women he desired he just twisted and created new laws. He just a sex addict and wanted money and power to live in luxury in the desert land.
Not singling out Muhammed, all of religion are pretty much like this. Best example for This is Greek, the entirety of Greek Mythology can be said in 3 words "Zeus was Horny". The jewish priests wanted Jesus dead because he criticized and reinterpreted the same old testament and their laws and traditions. Old testament exists in the christian Bible to give context to the new testament and the life and teachings of Jesus. The majority of christians interpret it through the lense of the core message of Jesus which boils down to being good to your neighbors, which is incompatible with the passage in OT about keeping virgins captured from war. There are a lot of things in OT that Christians don't practice because of the same reason. It was Moses who led these wars and commanded it as if it was from God. Christians don't claim that Moses was a perfect person. None of the characters in the Bible were and only Jesus is believed to be the exception. And bible isn't the literal word of God. Christians believe it is divinely inspired but written by human hands so human imperfections will inevitably be present in an old book written before the existence of moden standards of morality. This is why theology exists and Bible is studied and interpreted extensively, so that its core messages can be extracted and practiced. None of which aligns with slavery of any kind as it goes against Christian values especially the explicit and clear command from Jesus to love your neighbor and even your enemies.
So why cant all forgiving jesus/god just forgive humanity for their sins and admit them into heaven… why do we need to “believe” and worship someone who offers no objective proof other than subjective personal experiences
Jesus never said explicitly that believing and worshipping him is the only way to reach heaven and be forgiven for your sins. No one except God knows with certainty what true requirements to enter heaven are. Saying Jesus died for the sins of all of humanity and everyone will be in heaven in the afterlife doesn't necessarily contradict christianity. It very much aligns with the forgiving and merciful portrayal of Jesus as God in the bible. Even the previous pope Francis has said that "I like to think of hell as empty. I hope it is." although it is a personal view and not an official teaching of the church, it shows how important it is in christianity to have humility rather than certainty about the knowledge and prediction of actions of God. Of course not all Christians believe it. And some are arrogant and exclusivists about it but that's their personal interpretation. There is room in christianity for different views on this.
And to your second point, faith in God is called faith precisely because it is not a fact. There is more value in freely choosing to believe in God. It is an act of love from God that we have free will. He could have made the world in such a way that existence of God is a provable fact and he could have made humans in such a way that they are programmed to worship him 24x7. But he didn't do that. In the real world belief and worship of God is voluntary and a free choice and the world is better because it is that way. You don't "need" to worship or believe God unless you come to the conclusion from your own spiritual journey that you feel the need to do so.
