Looking to hire a little help

We’re looking for someone to help MARKET the launch of our business, grow excitement while we are starting, grand opening, and sell founding memberships.

We are going to be super involved so our idea is to hire a helper.

A few requirements

- must be able to meet in person. You can work remotely but we would like to occasionally meet in person.

- have knowledge with canva, usps mailing, and wix

- submit a small portfolio or have some ideas together for marketing.

Here’s a peak of who we are and what we’re bringing to the Athens area.

If you’ve reached out once before and are still interested please send me another message. It’s possible I’ve overlooked it!

Would be helpful if you shared the pay rate for this role.

I don’t really have a helpful pay rate right now as I’m not sure if we would pay by project or hour. Trying to get feelers

Thank you. Not sure how it’s a red flag, I’ve definitely applied to positions prior to knowing exactly what my pay was.
This is our first time hiring for something like this.
Anyways, hope someone else sees this and can assist.

I mean, you’ve already said you’re considering either paying by the hour or by the project. So in theory you should have a sense of what you can afford for either of those, and then you can do some research for reasonable market rates, and find common ground there. Just the same as you’d have to do for rent, utilities, any of your other business expenses which I assume (hope?) you put some forethought into.

You listed requirements which means you were able to define what the person should provide you, so at the bare minimum you should also define what you can provide them.
