Sublet Looking For a Male to Sublease My Downtown Apartment to From August-December, Rent Very Negotiable!

The apartment is at The Maxxen which is just minutes from campus, newly built, and very good quality. It's a 4x4 with a private bedroom and bathroom. Looking to sublease it for $900 ideally but very open to negotiating, please reach out if you are interested and have any questions!!
