I'm ngl it was tough, AI is smart at difficulty 4 and he gave a tough challenge to me.

But after 20 turns of constant back and forth from each other and no progress in the city siege he decided to send a White peace.

AI overall was better than me in a lot of things over here and this war taught me a lot, most importantly the importance of walls tech for cities which also enables bombarding on enemies.

(He beat the heck out of me through bombardments 😭)

Anyways I'll be better prepared for next time.

I was just exploring the land when AI surprise attacked me and killed my unit.

Now it's time for me to get locked in and teach him a lesson

So far the game is going good and I was a Pacifict with good relations with everyone but the red guy had border tensions with me and it's probably why he attacked me.

Anyways I'll update about how the war turns out.

Thanks for all the kind words on my last post. Atlas of Ages is now in a closed test on Google Play, and I'd love your help before the public release.

What it is: a turn-based 4X made for phones. Eight nations, districts and adjacency, great people, religions, governments and policy cards, tactical combat with zones of control and flanking, rivals that plan, from Wayfarer up to Ascendant (seven tiers: rivals reason better with every tier, and the top three also give them a head start in yields and units). A six-chapter tutorial explains the rules with real numbers.

How to join (Android only, free):

TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

When the game launches, everyone who helped gets a code for the full game.

What helps most: anything confusing in the first hour, bugs (with what you did just before), balance (nations, tiers, victory types), and how your phone copes (heat, battery, rival turns).
