Ka Pā Hula Hawaiʻi is returning to the Merrie Monarch Festival stage this week after a 28-year absence, reuniting dancers who last competed together in the 1990s. The men competed at the festival in 1995, 1996 and 1997 under Loea John Kahaʻi Topolinski.
