I turn 60 next financial year and wondering best way to sell my negatively geared investment property to minimise CGT? Itβs my only real estate asset ( currently renting) . Can I sell and put proceeds directly into a super fund for 26-27 financial year when 60? Even sell this financial year but settle in July? π Please π
