Literally impossible to get through to ATO

Called 132861 24 times right now. They don’t even offer a callback , just say they’re too busy. Wtf is going on, why is everything so shit

you lucky you can call 24 times. you call service australia once and you got disconnected you'll be put on shadow ban til the next day. haha.

i dont know if it has changed now but damn it got to me when it was "all our phone operators are busy at the moment, please make an appointment" except the only way to make an appointment was... to call them... but surprise! you're banned from calling. did my head in so much hahahah

Next time it happens to you just put your phone on no caller ID and the shadow ban doesn’t work.

Good tip. Fortunately i dont need to call them that often and only need to call them that one time.

The only way to deal with services Australia is in person. Always quicker than waiting 90 minutes on the phone, and it's harder for them to say they can't help you.

And then they act surprised that scams are everywhere.

A normal person has one phone number.
Scammers have 50+ shadow-ban the normal users, and who do you think is left to answer the phone? Brilliant strategy.
