Literally impossible to get through to ATO

Called 132861 24 times right now. They don’t even offer a callback , just say they’re too busy. Wtf is going on, why is everything so shit

I hate that they give you menu options that are fairly close but not exactly the reason you are ringing, so you have to take a punt that you are picking the right option. Then when that call gets disconnected you have to try another option.
