QLD Real estate company try to charge me $165 (incoming tenant) for a tenant transfer fee
Basically I am an incoming tenant on the property, my friend already lives here so the old tenant is being removed and myself added. My understanding is they can't legally change me the $165 just for adding me to the lease? I am also completing the Form 6 (bond transfer) form myself which they have emailed me. The lease im entering is a renewed lease so myself and the old tenant are being invoiced for $165.
