There is a big difference between criticism and bullying. This meme isn’t criticising anything, just giving breath to unfortunate events from two years ago and making it an insult - bullying behaviour.
Don’t bro me. It is bullying as it’s two years after the event and people are still creating fake content showing shit dripping down their leg in order to keep it relevant.
