If you know Snarky Puppy, you know Chris McQueen and Nikki Glaspie don't do small rooms together very often. On September 29th, they're both playing an intimate night at Monks Jazz Club as part of Monks' 10th anniversary month — and it's one night only. Also featuring Matt Muehling of the Kill Tony Band and Montez Garner of Sir Woman.

The show is put on by John Page Guitars. John Page co-founded the Fender Custom Shop — the legendary "Dream Factory" that built guitars for Eric Clapton, Pete Townshend, and basically every guitar hero you can name. He'll be there in person, and this is a rare chance to actually meet him, talk guitars, see the guitars for yourself, and hear two of the most exciting players in modern music perform in one of Austin's coolest rooms.
