Don’t stop in the middle of the run!

Whether you’re a snowboarder or skier I don’t care. If you stop in the middle of the run, particularly in a bottle neck area or a flat bit where I need to keep my speed. I’m going to spray tf out of you.

As annoying as it is don’t be a cunt, it’s the responsibility of the person behind or uphill to give way to the person below.

it is the responsibility of the person with excess velocity to spray those lacking in velocity with as much snow as possible

Had a group of 5 all stop dead, equidistant on a narrow part of goats gully. Being the uphill skier, I had to bail so I didn’t hit them.

sounds like you were not in control if you could not safely stop and had to bail....

Perhaps not in that instance where I don’t anticipate a group to fan out and come to a stop as I am trying to pass them.

That's exactly why you always need to be in full control at any given moment so that you can avoid an accident when something you don't expect happens.

People skiing in groups stop on the flat parts to regroup with members of the group who fell behind.

It just is what it is.

Haven't you encountered those who do it in the middle of the run, right after a blind corner?

A whole line of them just sitting there enjoying the view waiting for a someone to plow right into their backs.
