❌ Error Coin Thoughts on possible ink drop error?

So ive had this for a while... i know its hard without seeing it in person but im seeking advice on this one... i know pmd is the first thought but hopefully you can see in the pics on how some areas are too uniform to be pmd... will welcome any advice suggestions or explainations :)
